A two-digit Person–Action–Object system, alphabet-coded. One hundred people from Andre Agassi (00) to Jesse James (99).
The law. Each number 00–99 is a Person whose initials spell its digits, doing an Action starting with the first digit's letter, to an Object starting with the second digit's letter.
Names. Every person is First Last → initials, no exceptions. Extra names are ignored (Billie Jean King = B.J. = 19). Five people are invented for letter combinations fame never filled: Dot Interface (38), Fingers Ellsworth (54), Fausto Iannelli (58), Hilda Elbows (74), Ivan Ivory (88).
Long numbers. Chunk into pairs, then rotate slots: 1st pair's Person + 2nd pair's Action + 3rd pair's Object = one scene per six digits. Articles ("a", "an") never carry meaning.
A lone final digit (7-digit phone number, etc.) is a shape, not a pair.
